We serve Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and surrounding areas. Travel availability varies. Please inquire for details.

5. How much space is needed for setup?

Space requirements vary depending on the bar setup, but we’ll confirm exact needs during planning.

6. Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

7. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.

8. Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Yes. We offer mocktails and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages.

9. Can you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?

Yes. We’re happy to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible.

10. Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?

Guest count minimums may apply. Maximum capacity depends on the bar setup and staffing.

11. How is payment handled?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event day.

12. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined in your contract and vary based on timing.

13. Who provides the alcohol?

Alcohol is not included in our pricing. Clients are responsible for providing all alcohol for their event.

Once your menu and guest count are finalized, we’ll provide a custom alcohol shopping list so you know exactly what to purchase.

All bar service is provided in an open bar format. We do not offer cash bar or alcohol sales.

Liquor licenses or permits, if required, are typically handled by the client or venue.
