  • 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur

  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 1/2 oz raspberry puree or muddled raspberries

Shake hard with ice and double strain into a coupe glass.

For garnish:

  • 3 raspberries on a pick

  • 1 small edible flower

Cotton Candy Berry Lemonade

  • 1 oz raspberry syrup or strawberry syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz lemonade

  • splash of soda water

  • crushed ice

  • 1.5 oz vodka Optional

    Build in a clear plastic cup over crushed ice, stir, then top with:

    • 3 raspberries on a pick

    • edible flower

    • straw

    • optional mint or lime pieces

Orange Crush Spritz

  • 2 cups vodka

  • 3 cups fresh orange juice

  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur

  • 1.5 cups sparkling water

  • 1 cup prosecco added right before serving

  • Rosemary optional
